What You Can Expect

From your first enquiry to completion of the work, I aim to make the process straightforward, clear and professional.

1. Initial Visit

When you contact me, I will arrange a convenient time to visit your property, discuss the work and assess the job. I will normally take measurements and photographs for reference.

2. Your Quotation

After the visit, I will provide an itemised quotation setting out the work involved, labour, materials and the estimated timescale, so you know exactly what is included.

3. Booking the Work

If you are happy with the quotation, we will agree a suitable start date and I will confirm the arrangements with you.

4. Preparing and Protecting Your Property

Before work begins, I will protect floors and carpets using suitable coverings. Where possible, please remove furniture and personal belongings from the work area to help prevent accidental damage. If anything cannot be moved, please let me know in advance so we can agree how best to protect it.

5. Completion and Payment

Once the work is complete, I will tidy the area and may take photographs of the finished job. I will only use these photographs on social media with your permission. An invoice will be provided, and payment can be made by bank transfer, card or cash.

Waste disposal: I do not hold a waste carrier licence, so I am unable to transport or dispose of building waste. Any waste produced during the work will be securely placed in rubble sacks and left in an agreed location at your property for you to arrange disposal.
